NBRU High Performance Session

NBRU is very excited to announce our High Performance sessions for 2018.

These sessions will be for top performing U16, U18 and U23 players across the province. High schools and clubs are encouraged to get their top junior athletes to this event to train with the top level coaches and athletes from across the province.

Along with these sessions the top 3-5 players per age group have been selected to take part in a fitness program run by the Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic. These athletes will be tested, introduced to a high level training program then tested again at the end of their sessions. These test scores will be used for representative and National team selection.
